  1. Spa-Addicts Gift Certificates may be redeemed at any spa listed at www.spa-addicts.com/giftcertificates ("Participating Spas"). Additional spas may be added and current spas may discontinue their participation from time-to-time. Please check the Spa-Addicts Web site for the most up-to-date list of Participating Spas.
  2. Gift certificates must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented at time of redemption. (just on front)
  3. Orders received by 3PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3PM EST Monday through Friday and those received on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the next available weekday.
  4. All Gift Certificates are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon receipt.
  5. Spa-Addicts Gift Certificates expire one year from the date of issuance, or otherwise as noted on the gift certificate (except in certain states).* See below.
  6. Spa-Addicts Gift Certificates may be redeemed for select services and products offered by the participating spa at their full retail value. Gift certificates may not be applied toward any Spa-Addicts specials, discounted or promotional rates.
  7. Unless otherwise required by law, Spa-Addicts Gift Certificates cannot be returned or redeemed for cash and cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
  8. The full dollar amount of the gift certificate must be redeemed on the date of first use. If the services received or the products purchased exceed the amount of the gift certificate, recipient must pay for the balance with cash or a major credit card.
  9. Gift certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent.
  10. Spa-Addicts Gift Certificates and their use are subject to Spa-Addicts' general Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
  11. Spa-Addicts shall not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
  12. Spa-Addicts will have the right to void any gift certificate if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the Spa-Addicts Web site or through any Participating Spa.
  13. SPA-ADDICTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE QUALITY OF THE SERICES PERFORMED OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT A PARTICIPATING SPA OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR OTHER LOSS IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, DELIVERY AND REDEMPTION OF SPA-ADDICTS GIFT CERTIFICATES.
  14. SPA-ADDICTS AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE IS NOT HONORED AT A PARTICIPATING SPA, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
  15. Spa-Addicts reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.

    * Does not apply in California, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, or Washington; applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates over $100. In the above listed states, the gift certificate may only be redeemed after the expiration date for merchandise at www.spa-addicts.com/gifts. Participating spas will not accept the certificate after the expiration date. Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law. Spa-Addicts Gift Certificates are issued and sold by Spa-Addicts, Inc., a New Jersey corporation. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon receipt by the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
