ATHLETE'S ANTIDOTE (Spa/Integrated - Members: $265/385 Non-members: $285/405)
Whether training for a marathon or an extreme sport holiday, this healing package of spa services allows you to reach even higher fitness goals. This package includes three unique treatments designed for athletes to be used at various points throughout your training: Sports Massage, Reflexology and Conditioning Stretch Massage.

Healing Rituals

GLOBAL JOURNEY (90 min. - Members: $175 Non-members: $185)
Journey to one of our exotic destinations to experience a native treatment from that region. Each treatment includes aromatherapy along with local massage modalities and body treatments. Choose from one of our four blends: Mediterranean, Arabian, Oriental or Indian aromasols.

RENEWAL (90 min. - Members: $140 Non-members: $150)
This unique treatment revives your skin and your spirits. A stimulating dry exfoliation invigorates the body’s own internal detoxification system while polishing the skin. Next a healing Swedish massage, incorporating Shiatsu and aromatherapy, relaxes the muscles and reduces stress. A refreshing cleanse followed by an application of an innovative body hydrating product completes the treatment.

Using Swedish Massage techniques of strong pressure and depth to target the deeper muscles of the body and their attachments to the bone. Deep Tissue Massage promotes the release of tension in the inner muscles and provides a sense of deep relaxation.

Energy Work

THAI YOGA BODYWORK (90 min. - Members: $160 Non-members: $170)
This ancient Eastern body therapy has its origins in Thailand, incorporating techniques which combine pressure point, rocking, joint movements and stretching applications that resemble yoga asanas along the body's energy lines. This therapy is effective for the treatment of chronic pain and limited range of motion.

SHIATSU (60/90 min. - Members: $95/135 Non-members: $105/145)
Based on the Chinese theory of medicine involving applied pressure along the energy meridians and acupuncture points of the body, Shiatsu balances the body’s energy and health. Shiatsu also utilizes a number of stretches to promote the movement of the body’s energy or life force along the meridians of the body.

As an Eastern therapy practiced for over five thousand years, Acupuncture influences the physiological functioning of the body through the insertion of fine needles at key points along the body's surface. Acupuncture excels at treating muscular skeletal pain, headaches, digestive disorders, stress-related anxiety, reproductive imbalances and other disease patterns.

In this gentle healing body therapy, which means "universal life energy" in Japanese, a therapist places their hands above your Chakra points to create an energy flow that induces relaxation, rebalances energy and reduces stress and fatigue.

REFLEXOLOGY (60/90 min. - $105/150 Non-members: $115/160)
Based on the theory that there are reflex areas in the feet that relate to every part of the body. Reflexology relieves tension in the neck and lower back. Reflexology can also have a positive impact on the organs and glands by using the correct pressure on the corresponding points.

Policies and Hours

APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments may be secured at the front desk or by calling 212 206 9200. We enforce a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you change or cancel your appointment without a minimum of 24 hours notice, 75% of the service fee will be charged to the credit card holding the appointment.

GUEST POLICY
The spa is open to non-members, but members enjoy preferred rates on all services. Spa amenities include access to the sauna, shower and locker rooms, a luxurious robe and sandals, sauna wrap, lounge and café. Guests of the spa may use the fitness facilities for a reduced guest fee of $20.

SPA HOURS
The spa is open 8am to 9pm daily. Advanced booking is recommended.

Please be sure to tell us if you have any health condition of which we should be aware such as high blood pressure or pregnancy. If you enjoyed your service you may leave your therapist a customary gratuity of 15-20% on your club account, credit card or cash. Please also note that wile CLAY provides lockers for your belongings during your session we are in no way responsible for lost or missing items.
