TRANQUIL BEGINNINGS
Soaking the feet in warm water is an ancient gesture practiced in varying ways throughout many cultures. It is a gesture of welcome; a bridge between the bustle of the outside world and tranquility yet to be experienced. At Mind and Body Spa, this is a complimentary start to many of our treatments.
We are also pleased to offer you natural herbal tea before your treatment. This organic beverage enhances relaxation and helps start your body’s detoxification. For those who would prefer, natural spring water is also available.
BASIC FACIAL CARE
Phytobiodermie Element Facial - $80
This highly personalized facial uses natural energetic blends of essential oils mixed in a rich algae mask to clean and nourish the pores of your skin. For more visible and longer lasting results, a second mask of colored clays is custom blended according to your skin condition.
Éminence Organic Facial - $80
Organic herbs, fruits and vegetables are hand picked at their peak of freshness and then crafted into a variety of skin care treatments and masks designed to gently exfoliate and cleanse away dead skin cells. Your esthetician will determine the proper combination of ingredients that will invigorate the senses while leaving your skin hydrated and glowing.
The Smooth Edge Facial - $80
This special treatment for men helps revitalize skin at the cellular level, effectively tightening and rejuvenating the skin. It will help balance, rejuvenate and hydrate skin stressed by most men’s daily activities like shaving and exercise.
Five Color 'Rainbow' Clay Mask - $85
This unique approach to skin care combines the energetic properties of essential oils and specific color clays applied to each reflex zone of the face.Creating a healthy, rejuvenated skin and a delightful sense of well being. Excellent for all skin types and recommended in a series for most effective results.
Balancing Facial with Energetic Drainage - $120, Series of 5 - $510
Lymphatic drainage is combined with an energy balancing treatment to deliver immediately visible results. Your skin will look more radiant and your state of relaxation enhanced. Longer lasting results can be achieved through a series of treatments.
Out of Reach Places - $70
First, your back will be cleansed, toned, steamed, and exfoliated. This is followed by a soothing massage and an application of a violet clay mask that will leave your skin feeling clean and refreshed.
Eye Focus - $40
This soothing, age-defying eye treatment is the perfect antidote for tired eyes. Great for all skin types, it hydrates the delicate skin around your eyes, reduces puffiness, relieves the effects of tiredness, and softens fine lines and wrinkles. This treatment can also be added to any of our other facial treatments.
Deep Cleansing Anti-Acne Facial - $85, Series of 3 - $220
This facial is perfect for both teens and adults in search of an organic approach to clearer skin. It uses an exclusive 7 Herb treatment and a Stone Crop mask that will help eliminate blemishes and give you a smoother and clearer appearance. For longer lasting results, we recommend a regular maintenance program.
ADVANCED FACIAL CARE
Alpha-Therapy Peel - $90, Series of 6 - $450
Formulated from natural fruit and plant extracts, this treatment removes the superficial layer of dead cells and stimulates the formulation of fresh cells without the use of harsh acids and chemicals found in most traditional peels. Your skin will be visibly radiant and the appearance of lines diminished. For longer lasting results, we recommend a series of treatments.
Microdermabrasion - $100, Series of 6 - $500
A microscopic spray of natural mineral crystals is used to gently remove the surface layers of the skin, allowing smoother, fresher skin to emerge. This stimulates the formation of new collagen and Elastin to improve your skin’s texture and elasticity. Treatments of 6 are recommended for best results but single treatments may be purchased for maintenance.
Microdermabrasion with Balancing Facial - $140, Series of 6 - $700
Receiving the Microdermabrasion together with our Balancing Facial has proven to increase treatment effectiveness, recovery time, and longevity of results.
Chroma Lift Facial - $150, Series of 3 - $375, Series of 5 - $550
This state of the art treatment combines the energy principles of traditional Chinese medicine, lymphatic drainage, and the power of monochromatic light, to provide an affordable non-invasive face lift. Two separate facial masks, essential oils, and acupressure points stimulated by the use of light to create a contoured, rejuvenated and naturally lifted appearance. It is intended as a series of 5 treatments in a 10-12 day period, but can also be done in a series of 3 (every other day).
Jan Marini Resurfacing Peel - $65
The resurfacing peel offers benefits for aged and photo damaged skin, acne, hyperpigmentation and scar reduction. This procedure especially appeals to the client who wants to measurably improve the appearance of their complexion. Consistent dedicated use of the peel with our at home care maintenance system is critical in order to reach and maintain results. Skin appears noticeably firmer, brighter, more translucent, supple and soft. Significantly decreases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Rapidly assists in clearing acne lesions and lessens the appearance of acne scarring.
Jan Marini Advanced Facial - $90
This facial is customized for your skin type; even extremely sensitive skin. Provides immediate and dramatically visible skin retexturizing, smoothes fine lines, and helps firm saggy areas of skin. We tailor the facial to a variety of skin conditions which your esthetician will discuss with you.
BODY AND MIND: MASSAGE
The Floating Spirit - $90 for 60 mins., $130 for 90 mins.
We created a sensory experience designed to soothe both your body and mind. Guided by the feel of the music, the movement of water, and the inner rhythms of your body, your therapist will take you on a bliss filled journey like no other as you float on a water filled bed. This is the perfect antidote to today’s stressful world. It is also a wonderful experience for those who suffer from back pain, arthritis, or are pregnant.
Swedish Massage - $75 for 60 mins., $110 for 90 mins.
This classic relaxation massage enhances circulation, soothes tired muscles, improves your body’s overall tone, and releases stored up stress and tension.
Deep Tissue - $80 for 60 mins.
This massage uses a therapeutic technique that releases specific areas of tension within the muscular system. Slow strokes and deep finger pressure are used to alleviate soreness and keep muscles supple.
Japanese Stone massage - $90 for 60 mins., $130 for 90 mins.
Warmed stones, nutrient rich oils or powders, and a specific massage technique combine to balance the body’s energy and increase lymphatic circulation for better health.
Athletic Massage - $85 for 60 mins.
This massage is perfect for before or after any kind of exercise. It is specifically designed to prevent muscle tightness and to speed muscle recovery after hard work or play.
Pre-natal Massage - $85 for 60 mins.
This massage can help relieve lower back, leg and foot pain caused by the changes in body structure and the retention of fluid due to pregnancy. For the safety of your baby, and your peace of mind, we request a doctor’s note before the start of treatment.
Shirodhara - $100 for 60 mins, $50 as a 30 minute add-on to any massage
This ancient Ayurvedic therapy is designed to calm the mind and body. A special blend of essential oils is slowly poured across the forehead and into the scalp - reducing tension, enhancing circulation, nourishing the hair and scalp. The scalp is then massaged, using a combination of shiatsu and acupressure techniques.
Aromatherapy - $85 for 60 mins., $127 for 90 mins.
An Aromatherapy treatment can be added to almost any of our massage treatments for an extra $15 on top of the massage price. Your massage therapist will help customize the proper blend for you.

HYDROTHERAPY AND BODY TREATMENTS
The Éminence Body Facial - $90
A lavish body treatment customized to specifically suit the needs of your skin and made from pumpkin, cherry, honeydew, or rose. After a skin analysis your therapist will decide which products and treatment is right for you. Your body will be exfoliated, cleansed and moisturized.
Energy Balancing Wrap - $120
This outstanding treatment is designed for both the body and mind. First we stimulate your body’s lymphatic system to promote an energetic balance and help it detoxify. Then we coat you with special violet clay enriched with essential oils. The result is soft and silky skin and your mind in a state of well being.
Agea Therapy - $85
Based on techniques used centuries ago by the Greeks, this body treatment is designed specifically for the man. It includes a gentle exfoliation, followed by a marine mask and nourishing body cream. This body wrap is great for decongesting and detoxifying the skin.
Thalassotherapy - $80
Your treatment starts with a mini massage that uses essential oils to loosen your muscles. Next we place you in our steam capsule to assure the maximum penetration of the essential oils into your skin. Then we immerse you in a hydrotherapy tub filled with marine algae great for detoxifying the body. This treatment has a calming effect on the mind, body, and soul.
Marine Clay Wrap - $90
We start with a gentle exfoliation of the body with jojoba and marine mineral body scrub. Then a special serum designed to help with cellular detoxification is massaged into the skin. A rich yellow clay wrap is applied to seal in the serum and enhance the elimination of toxins. A finishing gel gives the skin additional nourishment and improves its feel and appearance.
Citrus Body Polish - $75
This treatment will help make your skin feel silky smooth by revitalizing its surface. We take Jojoba meal, nature’s natural emollient, and combine it with essential oils from citrus fruits to gently exfoliate away dead skin cells and nourish your skin at the same time.
Body Waxing
Mind and Body offers a full range of waxing services including leg, underarm, brow, bikini, lip, chin, and back. Prices are determined by the area of the body to be waxed. Please ask our staff for assistance.
HAND AND FOOT CARE RITUALS
Basic Manicure - $28
Enjoy a manicure that starts with a hand soak and includes an exfoliation, cuticle care, and your choice of polish.
Touch Therapy - $40, Series of 6 - $216
This is a luxurious hand treatment and manicure with added indulgence. Unique blends of oils, clays, pigment-reducing herbs, and organic creams are used to leave hands smooth, soft, and replenished. Your hands will be massaged, your nails groomed, and then the polish of your choice will be perfectly applied.
Vitamin Cocktail Hand Treatment - $45, Series of 6 - $243
This is a luxurious hand treatment and manicure with long lasting benefits. Active plant extracts are used to stimulate metabolism and activate skin functions. Vitamin enriched cream then protects your hands from the effects of aging. Your hands will be massaged, your nails groomed, and then your choice of either paraffin or polish will be applied.
Violet Clay Foot Masque - $65
This treatment is the perfect antidote for tired feet. First, your feet are soaked in a warm, nourishing algae bath and then gently exfoliated. Then enjoy a soothing essential oil foot massage. We then apply one of our colored clay masks to soften and smooth out dry skin and conclude with a hydrating and refreshing finishing gel.
Hydro-Active Pedicure - $50, Series of 6 - $270
We start by stimulate the circulation in your feet with a Rosemary extract and then remove rough, dry skin with a gentle peach kernel exfoliation. Your feet are washed with a cooling solution and then encased in a warm mineral rich cream, restoring suppleness and repairing cracked skin. After that comes a relaxing massage for your feet and calves. Finish the experience with nail grooming and a choice of paraffin or polish.
Reflexology - $75
This massage has its roots in antiquity and uses pressure points on the foot to stimulate specific areas of the body. The benefits of this treatment are felt deeply and immediately. Wonderful by itself or as an add-on to most massages or pedicures.
