The exclusive, new Thai Yoga Massage combines the penetrating techniques of traditional Thai massage with gentle, western yoga movements. This unique treatment brings together a series of interactive, assisted yoga postures and guided stretching, with gentle rocking and rhythmic acupressure to relieve joint and muscle tension. Palm and thumb pressure along the body’s energy ‘Sen’ lines encourage a deepening of the breath, a free flow of energy, and a more balanced, meditative state.
When practiced in the quiet, meditative atmosphere of the Thai Yoga Suite, the body will begin to open and regain flexibility with ease of movement, while the mind gently returns to calm alertness. Tensions and toxins will be released from the joints, muscles and connective tissue.
